So we began to experience a form of visions through Angie, which were confirmed as visions by my group of budgies who said that Angie would have another vision and other members of the group would as well in the near future. We later found out that God did not want us to concentrate on prophecy at this time, especially if it had to do with disasterous events which would cause fear in people. However, Angie also began to experience and spent a lot of her time concentrating on predictions that related to disasters in the future. Even though God asked her not too. God also said that the recordings within the group were suppose to be only analyzed by myself as I was the only one who had a direct link with God through the budgies.

However, Angie still did not listen to God and not only disregarded his teachings but tried to do a transltion of a prophecy from her budgie Gabriel in the Religious forum. When God asked Angie to remove it, she did, but at the same time she decided she did not want to continue being part of the group.

This is what God said about disaster predictions:

Disaster predictions all stem from evil of the devil
and if you listen to them they begin to give you reason to think that religion is only for predicting the future
We shall listen carefully to this
You can't make predictions that contain evil.
That isn't religion.
If there is a fear of death, God did not send the prophecy

This makes sense. I can remember when we all started here, one of the things that drew us towards the budgies was their ability to foresee future disasters. They is why we really didn't get a clear prediction until after it happened. Since we began this religion all that has changed now. Yes, I do see a problem with it now because when we rely on a future disaster, which is obviously evil, then we become part of that evil. In other words, of course we do not want the death and destruction of a disaster to happen, but when it is predicted, by either the budgies or someone else, then it becomes a "see I told you it would happen" philosophy that one tries to gain from. So in essance we can actually dispise the death the the destruction it causes but find joy in the fact that we were able to predict it. Another point about prediction vs. prophecy in religion. We can have prophecy upon prophecy come true right in front our own eyes and then when we have a prediction by the same source not happen when we expect it, then that can cause doubt. Whereas, false prophets can look at themselves as God's prophets because they have some predictions that came true from a long line of things that pop into their head. Perhaps 1-5% can come true and the other 95% does not happen. What kind of fear is that causing for that other 95% that don't come true. I believe that is the point God was trying to make with predictions vs. prophecy in religion.

God explains prophecy in religion in visions and dreams:

Prophecy in religion.
They'll produce miracles in religion
They will have meaning and respect to religion
They'll show you there is a reason to have this religion
They will always be answering questions to the mission of God
And they will consist of a promise from Him
By experiencing prophecy, God is showing He needs you
You will know it is a mission of reason
When he sends you prophecy in a vision, God will be there to show it
Like Angie's visions
They were a part of his prophecy
They are released to show you direction in your life
You will know there is a reason. That God is aware of their lives.
And they can make you change in the future.
They also give to you a path to better life
And they will stem from religion and they will give you a reason that you need to listen to your God
They will give you an experience you never had
And you can feel you are in the presence of God

We later discussed that many of the budgies were making predictions when this all started. God responded and said that was in relation to the mission of establishing the religion here. At that point there was no religion established and they were only making prediction. Therefore there is a difference between predictions and prophecy in religion.

At this point everything was just beginning and I don't believe Angie understood the full impact of what these visions were for. Before Angie left, she told me she had another vision that she did not let the group know about. When she told me about it the first time, I asked her to post it,  however she did not feel it was important enough at the time. After she left the group she emailed me the vision and God did a translation.

On July 5th I posted this to the group:

I think we are now getting to the crutz of God's lesson today. As prophesied the budgies said it would be solved in a miraculous way. When Angie found out I questioned her about the vision and why she did not let us know about it in the group, she emailed me back and said that she had emailed it to Judith instead for some reason. Until this point I did not know what her vision was. She had only mentioned the vision was about a winemaker when she was on the telephone with me. She had not told me what  and said she had lost it on her computer.

I told here I would do a session with God and respond to her. I did a session and responed to her. I may have been mistaken when Angie said she wrote it on notepad and thought she said piece of paper though.

I said in an email to Angie:

If you change your mind and want to come back, let me know and we can discuss it via email. This is what I just got is my session. By the way, I believe God's angels are talking about the vision you didn't tell us about in this reverse translation. I am not sure, because all I know is that it was called the winemaker.  And that is what you just told me in the email. Also on the phone you told me that you had a vision about 3 winemakers that you wrote on a "piece of paper" but you lost it.[/quote]
 
Through the budgies God said:

Angie, so you don't believe in God
You don't listen to God
You purposly keep ingnoring Him
Don't forget these things come out in time through the rivers of your life
You didn't even believe it when God sent you visions
Ryan really prayed Angie,  for God to forgive you and you had no reason to blame Ryan

Ryan gave you permission to prophecy in religion.

So you emailed Judith. This was really about you and you caused a problem for a unique religion.
You emailed Ryan the reason but you lied when you said it was computer.
But with Judith you didn't have a problem emailing

Then God explains Angies vision before I even know what it was:

If we want, we can send a vision to several people at once if there is a reason
Your visions Angie, were all for a reason.
God was testing you for your faith in Ryan
And you refused to present this vision to Ryan
So you see this message had reason
For we released it for Ryan as a prophecy

Finally Angie get the vision to me. But still not apologizing or giving a reason why except she said it may cause problems and be misunderstood and she felt it did not relate to the religion.

Here is the vision.

The Winemaker -

In the village was an elderly winemaker, he knew his days on this earth were numbered and he set out to teach a new
winemaker. He went through the village and found 3 strong young men that agreed to become winemakers.
In his shop he sat with the three students, "This is how you make wine" ...he said and his three apprentices listened... First he said "you pick the grapes, then you crush them up with your feet and put it in a cask wait a season and behold you have wine" The apprentices tried to ask questions, the wine maker replied there is no time for questions you need to get out and start that wine, so with that the three left the winemakers shop and went off to make wine.
A season came to pass and soon the elderly winemaker went to see the first .apprentice..."lets have some of your wine" the first apprentice poured the winemaker a glass and the wine was too bitter, the winemaker said "I am sorry you failed to make good wine your wine is too bitter and you will not be the villages new winemaker"
The apprentice bowed his head in shame as the winemaker went past him, headed to the second apprentice's house.

The second apprentice greeted him at the door - the winemaker says "lets have some of your wine" so the second apprentice pours glass of wine for the winemaker, who didn't even touch the wine to his lips ""I am sorry you failed to make good wine your wine is foul and you will not be the villages new winemaker" The apprentice bows his head in shame as the winemaker leaves.

The third apprentice greets the winemaker at the door - the winemaker says "lets have some of your wine" so the third apprentice takes a glass and tries to pour wine but there is no wine at all in the cask! The winemaker shakes his head and says "I am sorry you failed to make any wine at all you can not be the villages new winemaker with no wine to pour" The third bows his head in shame as the winemaker walks past walking down to the local church.

The winemaker kneels in prayer "Oh Dear God, I am to pass away soon and I failed to make a new winemaker for the village, how could all three of my apprentices. I fail when I told them everything I knew?"

Just then the angel of the lord appears in front of the wine maker, "Oh angel tell me why I did not produce one heir to make wine for this village?" he bows his head weeping at the sight of the beautiful angel. "Winemaker!" the angel replies "You fail for a multitude of reasons, I shall list them for you, heed my words winemaker and you may have an apprentice take your place shun me and my words and there will be no more wine or winemakers for the village"
"oh Angel of the lord, tell me why I have no winemaker" "The first apprentice did not know when the grapes were ripe and he picked them too soon, so his wine was bitter from unripen grapes, your second apprentice let the grapes sit too long and they rotted producing foul wine, your third apprentice never sealed the cask, so the wine evaporated, and there is none" the winemaker replied, But angel "I told them all that, I knew on how to make wine"
The angel replied "You told them but you did not teach them, wine can not be made without letting them ask questions, you never even brought a grape into the shop and you expected wine?"

"But I've made fine wine for years the best in the valley, my words should be more than enough to teach 1000 winemakers!" The winemaker told the angel...to which the angel responded "and look what your mere words have done, nothing but an empty glass you hath , had you let them ask questions you'd have three winemakers,
now all the village has is you and your failing health, you can not make wine this next season, heed my words winemaker and you shall live another season to teach the new winemakers have them pick the grapes as you tell your words have them crush the grapes with their feet as you tell your words have them seal the cask as you share your words answer there querry and wait that season and harvest the sweetest wine this village has ever tasted, do it your way again and the wine glass remains dry"

I think you can see the similarities to the email that I sent to her.

Later God added this to the translation"

I just did this session and God explains it in more detail. This all boils down to religion and what kind of wine we produce in our river of life through religion. Just to be clear that Angie is still welcome to come back to the group if she wants to become part of this religion and there are no hard feelings. God will give us direction here if he knows we are headed on the wrong path.

After Angie left the group she sent a nasty email to the group and a couple of emails to me that were acusing the budgies as being evil.

In response, Ryan budgies message from God said:

Now we will take a look at your vision.
There was a reason for this vision
The winemaker was teach all of them
And his vision was to make good wine
A very good reason for his mission
3 others they were learning from him
They were learning the secrets of him
This is the reason they will listen
And they wanted to learn for their future
This wine is in the rivers of your life
If you listen you will learn to make good wine
It's symbol for this religion
Religion is the reason for it
We tried to explain it to you before this email
You didn't listen again though
And this email we didn't know the vision of you
We know you are watching religion here
What is your purpose for it?
The email you sent to everyone, in it you were saying how it's evil
Then why do you read it?

If you have a personal evil against religion. We will see a reaction which you had

This is just one of the many visions and dreams that God has given me the ability to translate with the angels and budgies. This was the first sign from God that he was going to start to translate these visions. Until this time, there was talk about it but we were not really sure what he meant until it came load and clear to me in one of my translations. It was obvious that God's promise to send a vision to Angie which was made in the group had now happened and he was not only going to send it but translate what it meant as well.

Jesus explains Angie's Vision" Thank you lord for your teachings and miracles today as they were all truly wonderful THE FLOCK VISION Jesus told me a story today will share it here: How do you get to the best grass? The large ram said to the flock, “you need to go along these rocks and caves and over the valley and there is a field with the greenest grass you all have ever seen.” The meekest lamb said to the ewes standing near... "I dreampt those rocks along the hill shall slide, we can't go that way" The large ram overheard and said "Who told you of a rock slide?" The meek said "the voice of god, and I saw where they will fall" So it came to pass, the sheep started towards their field along the rocks and caves, the meekest spoke up and warned them all to yield and when they stopped, the rocks fell in front of them. The sheep all gathered around the meek lamb and asked if the rest of their journey would be OK, the ram came over and said, "I am the leader here, the meek is no prophet, anyone of us could have guessed where there are rocks and hills sometimes there are landslides, it is not God it is mere coincidence lets get to that greener grass." So the flock continued their quest. That night the meek lamb had another vision, of a wolf tracking them and eating one of them. In the morning the meek lamb told the flock of its vision, and the flock stood around, and listened. The ram came up and said, “there is no wolf you are all safe”. He is no prophet" But more were gobbled up in the coming days, the sheep grew weary and the meekest spoke again "the wolves have eaten 5 of us now, God showed me that there are wolves among this flock, waiting to gobble us up we must turn back follow God and we shall be saved" The ram said "No, there are no wolves here, I am the leader...follow me and we will get to the green fields follow him and met your doom" The flock split at this point and many went with the meek lamb yet more stayed with the ram. When the meek lamb and his followers turned and looked back at the others they could see, beneath the fleece of the ram and of the others was the fur of the wolves, and the rest of that flock were never seen again for they were gobbled up. The flock that followed Gods path found the greenest grass and never met with the wolves again

First I had to find out what the "unofficial term" meant. At first I though it could mean the background noise of the world. However, that was a incorrect assumption so it probably means unofficial school term start date. It could mean the unofficial term of when the budgies begin to make their prophecies as well.

Victor says that by now a lot of people will be finding out about the talking budgies but they will be very skeptical because some of the predictions of the first year are not coming true or did not land. Yes, there were some prediction in 2005 that did not happen. I think this could be because of one or both of the following reasons. The budgies were putting me through a exercise to make me aware of the possibility and move me forward with translating the rest of the recordings of Victor. Secondly, it could be that the time still has not come for these predictions to take place. In the last couple of lines he verifies the fact that many people think it is foolish that budgies could predict the future and that they could be in contact with God.

Victor says that they will watch what is going on, but not participate. He also says one of the reasons he is speaking out is because humanity kills and cultures birds to eat.

Victor does not just want him to be recognized as special, but all birds. He jokes about pork. Funny thing is I just saw an article on CN today where the US government is putting billions of dollars more into the budget for development of pork products this year.The original translation was done long before I saw the article.

Lastly, Victor says that without people most parrots would not survive the winter. He wants the parrots to let people know there are going to be some major changes on the earth which will effect all animal life, birds included.

Over the last couple of months there have been some remarkable
predictions from Victor that I would like to summarize for everyone.
Both Victor and Herbert seemed to have tapped in to some kind of
universal knowledge that most of us are still having trouble
understanding. In my eyes,  there is no doubt that Victor knew much of
what was going to happen in Iraq and Israel several years before it
happened. Many of you have seen the 13 minute video I posted of Victor
and Anthony, which times dates the video to about five years ago.  I
hope that this was enough to convince those who still had some doubts
about the authenticity of the recordings. I think the question now
lies in whether or not some of the pending prophecies or predictions
that Victor made will come true. It is a well known fact that prophecy
is much easier to interpret after the fact, so I think we are
venturing into a new area.

illness and the Palestine election, as well as the Russian Zionist
which assist the Palestinians. He also mentions that they have to
remove 1/3 of Sharon's intestines while he is in hospital

Recording 8-Isreal2-In this one he talks about events yet to come. He
predicts Sharon's death in hospital sometime in March. He also talks
about events leading up to a war where Israel will be bombed and other
armies of the world have to come to defend Israel. He talks about
Sharon being tarnished 3 times during his sickness.

Other Recordings of Interest

Recording 9- Marie- This recording was real test for my translation
abilities. I had to spend a few hours on it and many may not be able
to understand much of it. He has a message for Mary or Marie that
apparently will read this in the future. He brings up names that
relate to her such as Darin and Oscar, and Elaine as well. This is one
that I will have to wait to see if it has any significance in the future.

Recording 10-Prophecy of Jan14-06- In this recording Victor talks
about an event that happened three years in the future in our group.
There was some information discussed about a lab doing experimentation
on budgie hearing. Victor clearly identifies the lab work and speaks
out against it. Also see Recording 10b Called Lab Birds.

Recording 11- North Volcano- Victor talks about a terrible volcano in
the north in the future that alters the earths core and causes major
destruction in the near future.

Recording 12-The Warning- An earlier recording where he warns me about
an event in the future that actually happened with my son while he was
playing Frisbee the following summer.

Recording 13-The Pearls- Victor talks about Mother Nature's reaction
to what man is doing to the earth

Recording 14-Braille and Toadstool- In this recording Victor compares
budgies speech and learning how to understand them to learning Braille
and what people had to go though when Braille was first introduced to
schools many years ago.

Recording 15- Starts To Count- Victor predicts a Tsunami on the South
Bank of Asia several years before it happens.

Recording 16- Near 2006- Victor predicts the Sako mine disaster where
12 people were
killed.

Recording 17-Perfect Warning- Victor predicts a volcano in Alaska
which is a major catastrophe.

Recording 18- The Reporter- He talks about a reporter coming to my
house and looking at the recording where he was talking on Anthony's
shoulder. This time dated the recording to approximately 5 years ago
as my son was only twelve at the time.

Recording 19-Bloody Future- Victor talks about future hurricanes and
tornadoes and for3sees the Katrina disaster

Recording 20- Victor talks about future things that may happen. He
says the worlds climate will change and it will be much warmer and
several other things yet to come.

Herbert also made some remarkable predictions during the last month as
well. They are as follows.

Recording 21- Chapter 7- In this recording Herbert predicts that many
of the budgies will start communicating more with the group in the
summertime. He mentions the tsunami and that budgies are standing by
to prophecy for future events.

Recording 22-2006-1- The Reporter 1, 2 and 3- Hours before a reporter
contacts me and visits me, Herbert predicts it. He also foresees me
leaving my job and knows before anyone else in the group. He predicts
that when the budgies start talking she will run a weekly article on
their predictions. I am not sure if this is a prophecy or wishful
thinking on the behalf of Herbert but he is definitely excited about
the reporter and seems to know in advance how reporters write columns
and articles.

I hope you find this article interesting and that it helps those who
have not been following current events to get a chance to review them.

This is an extrordinary prophecy from Victor which is already in the
making in my life. Up until about a month ago, I had not being going
to church much for the last 15 years, and when I did, it was with my
wife and son, who are Catholic. Just over the last month I have been
going back to a Baptist Church on my own because that is the way I was
brought up. Victor identifies that I have been going to church and
even says at some point I will be talking with the pastor. He also
foresees many things that are happening right now. This one is quite

Hi Everyone,

This is an excellent recording from a budgie named Louie (Dark Green) in our group that has been involved in raising about 10 other baby budgies. He mentions Clarice in this recording. She is the mother of the budgies.

I finally finished one of the translations for Louie, which is as
usual very good. I love listening to Louie because he gives us a real
idea of what thoughts a budgie has when he is involved in raising a
family. It shows us how pure and loving budgies can be. He also makes
a couple of his tipical one liner jokes as well. Great job Brad and
Louie and I enjoyed translating it.

Hi Everyone,
This next recording called "Be Possitive" by Victor explains how he
struggled with telling people things that may upset them.  He also mentions
how he struggled with seeing something bad in the future and then letting telling me or
others about it. It was around this time that he told me something in
my future about my son that was upsetting and worried me. Fortunately,
it all worked out okay. In the book there will be more details.

This recording like many of the others I have done recently are level
5 translations. A level 5 is about as high as high as I can go in
accuracy scale. That means it has been revised several times and
recent. Keep in mind that one of the reasons that the recordings have
been revised so many times over the years, is because it has taken me
that long to learn how to be more accurate in my translations.

I was already working on chapter 9 of my book, so I thought he was wrong.However, yesterday I went back to chapter 7 and started reviewing it and realized that there was a translation that needed some work. It is this one called "The Eye" I spent a few hours reanalyzing it and come up with some changes which I feel make a better translation. It is one of my favourite recordings and it explains a few things. When I first analyzed it I thought Victor was only pulling my leg when he said that he could "form a mist and go anywhere." Recent events now lead me to think that he may have been telling the truth." This is a great recording and a must hear. It is very clear in parts as well.

Hi Everyone,

As I get closer to the end of my budgie, Victor's recordings, he made some very remarkable prophecies. He said he had a connection with God which allowed him prophesy for future events. It was obvious that he not only predicted the Iraq war 3 years before it happened in explicite detail, but he also predicted Sharon's sickness and current Golan issues which I will post later.

In the new testiment Paul often talks about prophets predicting future events and even angels helping people in the future. He also said that God has given special skills to certain people so they can use them to spread the word of Christ. Victor's special skill was being able to see the future and he was chosen by God to help man in the future. My special skill is the ability to translate his recordings and teach other people how to understand them.  Other budgies have and also believe they have the ability to prophecy.

SOME NEW INSIGHT FROM AN OLD FRIEND!

We haven't heard from Herbert in a long time, and speaking for
myself, and I'm sure many other members of the group, it was sure
great to hear from him again.

Here is a new recording from Herbert, starting with what Ryan
said to the group when he posted it

Hi everyone,

Things have been fairly quiet in the group lately and I think some of
this next recording of Herbert may help to explain some of that. Some
events have happened over the last few days that I believe lead up to
this recording. First off I am off work, which should give me some
time to finish the book before I start my next job. Secondly, on the
18th, I received a call from a reporter from a large newspaper and she
came out to talk to me. She is doing an article on talking parrots. I
think the interview went quite well and I showed her some videos of
Victor and I believe she was quite impressed. I also mentioned that
some of the budgies have been talking about predictions since before
the tsunami last year, when they said there was going to be a major
earthquake. Also I believe, some of Victor's predictions are just now
beginning to take place.

Strangely enough, Sarah recorded Herbert on that same day 18th, the
day the reporter emailed me. On the 19th, after the reporter left, I
translated 3 recordings of Herbert. There were some interesting things
that Herbert said that showed he knew a reporter was going to see me
and that I was off work. On the 19th, Sarah sent me another recording
of Herbert. This recording is the one she sent me on the 19th. In it
he talks very slowly, and fairly clear explaining what has been
happening. He even mentions the predictions of the tsunami and reminds
us that the budgies knew it was going to happen before hand.

Just a note about the last part of this recording. I have some trouble
with the last word where I can hear two different words. One being
"Metaphysical" and the other being "mah pitome" which means "Why --
All of a sudden?" as translated by Sarah.  I just have to remind you
that Herbert and Sarah live in Israel and Herbert has always showed
leadership to the other budgies in the group over the last couple of
years. This is an excellent recording for those who have trouble with
budgies speaking too fast as Herbert clearly slows his speech down so
every who tries hard enough should be able to pick up some of it.
There are also a couple one spot where he said "prophecy" and in
antoher spot of the very first phrase were he says "work on" which are
very faint. If you have good headphones you should be able to hear

"Try to protect our future" quote by Victor the Budgie

OK folks, bear with me on this one! A week or so
ago, Ryan translated a previously un-translated
recording of Victor called "Lab Birds". I did a
blog entry on it last week (scroll down).

On Friday, 1/13/06, one of the members posted
to the BRG telling them about an article that was
published in the March 2006 issue of Bird Talk that
told about the testing of finches, canaries, and
PARAKEETS at a University in Maryland. Here is

Saturday morning, 1/14/06, Ryan posted a message to
the BRG expressing his concern over this testing. Then
he went back to the business of working on translating
more of Victor's untranslated recordings. Below is what
Ryan posted to the group when he posted THE VERY
NEXT RECORDING HE TRANSLATED!

I think I am in shock!! Thankyou Brad for that last post. I have to
tell you that you and your email are officially part of Victor's
Prophecies for today. He has described it and the events that happened
so far today very clearly in this next recording.

As a precurser, I will tell you what happened so far today. When I
woke up this morning, I read Brad's email about the lab experiments
and went to the link. I read that they are experimenting on budgie's
hearing. You can see the information in the link in the previous
email. They even show pictures of a budgies ear tunnel before and
after they do the experiments. It is obvious that they are harming the
budgies by these experiments. After that, I post to the group
expressing my concerns.

So then I decide to do another recording of Victor and this is what I

Victor lives on. "It" is so amazing after all these years how a
little Budgie can open your eyes and your mind and make you a better
human just by listening to and understanding them. "It" perhaps is
some sort of consciousness that we are starting to understand.
Obviously they do. And they are trying their best to let us
know "it". Well, we are listening. And we are slowly understanding.

You can call all this anything you want, psychic, tapping in to the
metaphysical, ESP, remote viewing, etc. But whatever you decide to
call "it", "it" is becoming undeniable!

IS VICTOR TELLING US WHAT CAUSED IT?

This next recording might classify as one of Victor's all time
most remarkable.  Please keep in mind that Victor passed
from this earth almost five years ago, and yet, here he tells
about the recent Sago mine disaster.  How could that be?

Here's a possible explanation from Ryan-
That is really a good question and one that I have been
asking myself now for months now. I am starting to believe
that somehow, the budgie recordings are like a doorway to
the metaphysical. In other words once the recordings are
opened for anlayzing, Victor was, and some of the other
budgies are,  in the past or present, able to tap into that
doorway. Recordings patterns are made up of cycles similar
to wave patterns. Budgies may have developed abilities to
use these cycles as time rifts and somehow interact with the
wave patterns. It would be similar to a phychic, touching an
object and being able to see the past through it. Phychic
phenomena is becoming quite a thing on cable tv these days.
There is even a special on CNN, I think tonight, about phychics
who claim to be communicating with the dead. The difference
is, I am not the phychic, the budgies are, and I am just the one
that is passing the message that they are conveying. Their
window to the future is when the recordings are opened. If
they are in the right state of mind as they are being recorded,
they are able to decribe future or even the thoughts of that
person, who is listening to their recordings in the future.
Perhaps, the doorway only occurs to certain people at specific
times when they are listened to, I don't know.  Anyway, it is
just a theory and it sounds crazy, even to me. The evidence just
keeps on mounting. I still haven't put a finger on it yet to be 100%
sure but there is obviously something very strange happening.

Do you believe in human psychics?   For those that do, it's really
not that much of a stretch to think that a phenomena similar to
what Ryan describes above is possible.  Or perhaps there is
explanation that we haven't figured out yet, but on these relatively
clear recordings, there's not much denying as to what Victor is
saying.

For those of you that don't believe that humans can be psychic,
while you'll probably consider all this "bunk", even YOU can't
deny, as Ryan states, that "...obviously something very strange
is happening."

Very strange indeed.

Hi Everyone,
Sorry to innodate you with so many recordings over the last few days,
but this one can't wait. It was only a matter of time before I would
come across one in which I believe Victor was decribing things that
are happening now in more detail. To me it is one of his most
incredible recordings yet and it sounds like he is decribing the Sago
mine disaster as well as the bird flu in Turkey. Also hint of a major
volcano happening, which I believe will be sometime in Feb. It could
be Feb 8th at St. Helens. The year I do not know for sure. There is
quite a bit in this one that is clear enough for some people to pick
up on what he is saying I think. Keep in mind that last year there
were also some predictions. Some of which came true and some that
didn't so take them with a grain of salt. The remarkable part of this
recording is him actually describing the Sago Mine disaster and bird
flue like he watched it on TV. Keep in mind that the cause of the
disaster is still unknown and I have not heard of any information of a
battery exploding or rupturing of a gas line.

We in the Budgie Research Group have had discussions
in the past regarding the probability of budgies conforming
to a lab environment.  In the end, there is usually
agreement that while some animals might fare ok, budgies
would probably be miserable, lonely creatures indeed, with
little chance of proving their true capabilities.

Below is a message Ryan posted to the group as a precursor
to the message he posted when presenting one of Victors
newly translated recordings "Lab Birds" 

Hi everyone,
I just thought I would pass on this article from
new york times about bird intelligence. Some of
you may have already seen it but this was
the first time I notice that further on in the article
it says:

"Parrots, some researchers report, can converse with
humans, invent syntax and teach other parrots what
they know. Researchers have claimed that Alex, an
African gray, can grasp important aspects of number,
color concepts, the difference between presence and
absence, and physical properties of objects like their
shapes and materials. He can sound out letters the
same way a child does."

The first part where it talks about conversing with
humans and inventing syntax could be a result of some
of the work we are doing in this group.

Anyway, here is a link to the full article. There is one
part I do not like about the article. It's when they talk
about experimenting with parrots in a laboratory.  I
think parrots are intelligent enough to know that if they
are going to be treated like a lab rat, they surely should
not do anything that might help these scientists. If we
were humans in a labority being experimented on by
another species, would we cooperate? I don't think so!

the group.  Please also take notice of the smoking issue
that Victor brings up, something he would have had NO
way of knowing about at the time of this recording.

Hi Everyone,  Sometimes when I do a recording of Victor, and
after I analyze it I will do some research on what he may be
talking about. That is why I sent that last email to the
group with a link to the news article. It was a precurser
to this recording. At first it seems like Victor may
be talking about our group, but I assure you, he is not.
He mentions that they took talking budgies for testing
and harmed them in the future.  

Again, Victor amazes me with his sense of under-
standing of future events.  It is very coincidental that
he mentions I am back to smoking as well. I never quit
when he was alive. The remarkable part is I recently
started smoking again after almost a year of being off
them.  This on and off smoking thing is something I started
doing after his death!

YOU BE THE JUDGE!

The budgies continue to give us cause for believing
that they can possibly predict the future. While we
are not sure that ALL budgies can, it is becoming
more and more evident that some can. We had
another budgie in the group predict an earthquake
some months ago, and that was even mentioned
in the Bird Keeper Magazine, published in England.

Hi Everyone,
As I mentioned this week and last week I have been
reanalyzing all the "Heavens Gates" recordings while
working on the book. It was not an easy job.I enhanced
them by using a cleaner recording, which was
not affected by loss of data due to conversion, and was
able to pick up much more in ones that I had trouble with.
I spent several hours reanalyzing each of them. Some of
the ones that I had analyzed about three years ago were
way off. Others that I had reanalyzed over the last year or
so were much better, but overall there are some major
changes. The most signifant one being in "My Words
Start to Count". Ironically enough the most amazing part
came in the very last two lines of the last recording of the
"Heavens Gates" series.

In these two lines I can hear Victor clearly say,

"Give you idea of things that will come.
Tsunami on south bank of Asia."

Keep in mind that he predicted this four years before the
event happened. These recordings, like all of Victor's and the
other budgie recordings are not changed in any way with the
exception of amplification. Some versions may be a little clearer
then others depending on the format I used when converting
them. There is often some data loss during conversion to make
smaller files and I made them as small as possible when I first
started out. There are only a few that I have identified as being
slowed down a bit when he talked too fast. Otherwise, they are
exactly as recorded with the exception of the captions obviously.

I have to know if someone else can hear this or if I am just
imagining it, so get back to me on this one. Especially where he
says Tsunami. Listen to the slowed down version first. It is very
faint, but if you use headphones you should be able to pick it up.
I don't think I am imaginging it, but if others can hear it like me,
then it is pretty good proof that he really did know what was going
to happen in the future.

Be forwarned that some of it is pretty scary and if you don't have at
least a few hours to go over them very slowly, you may not get much of
them. They are some of his most difficult and fastest speaking
recordings Victor made.

Here's a very funny recording from Victor that is an excellent
example of how budgies use metaphores again, often in a
joking manner.  They really DO have a sense of humor!

This is one recording that I have not had to do too much
changes too when I reanalyzed it. It is one of my all time favourites
and thought I would share it  with you one more time. It is one of
the funniest recordings of Victor as well.  He imagines that God
has come to get him because he needs "a soul". Victor makes a
joke by pretending he is confused and thinks that God is looking
for an "asshole"  Excuse the pun on the word but the inappropriate
word is worth the laugh you get, especially when Victor cries out,
"What, you want me to go where?" He also talks about polution
and cars and how humans all love bad air. They must, because they
love cars, right!
